Build a home record instead of a giant to-do list
The most useful first step is not doing every possible maintenance task. It is learning what equipment and materials are actually in your house.
Once those facts are recorded, maintenance schedules and replacement decisions can become specific to the home instead of relying on a generic checklist.
That is the problem HomeOS is being built to solve: your house, remembered.
